A NEW study to trace former Herefordshire residents and test the success of the Foyer support system for young people in housing need is underway.
The ambitious £104,000 project aims to track former residents for 18 months after they leave.
The Housing Corporation, the Diageo Foundation and the Countryside Agency are funding the study, which aims to assess the progress of 250 former Foyer residents to evaluate if the work of the Foyer has had a lasting effect on their lives.
Herefordshire SHYPP Foyers in Hereford, Leominster and Ross-on-Wye are taking part in the study.
