COMMUNITY CENTRE - Golden Valley Stitchers are holding a cream tea afternoon in aid of Cancer Research UK on Saturday, April 3, from 2pm to 3.30pm, at the Golden Valley Community Centre, Peterchurch.
PRIMARY SCHOOL - Peterchurch Primary School has started back after half-term as busy as ever. Pupils were due to take part in a pyramid sports morning. The book fair arrives in school today (Friday) to coincide with World Book Day when pupils and staff will be dressing up as characters from their favourite books. Flicks in the Sticks are showing Finding Nemo at 3.30pm today (Friday) at the school.
