THE 2004 session began with a New Year party. Members came dressed in red, white and green, the colours of the guild when it started 75 years ago. At a later meeting there was a talk on Home Start Herefordshire, together with a short film. Maureen Walling gave the vote of thanks. The competition for the prettiest brooch was won by Lil Price. On February 3, Doreen Morgan, from Whitecross Guild, returning officer, spoke about the election of officers and committee members for the next session. The talk was entitled Grannie Was A Chorus Girl by Barbara Young. The chorus referred to was that of the Three Choirs. Thanks were expressed by Doreen Foster.
