REIGNING BTRDA Gold Star champion Andrew Burton and co-driver Rob Morgan continued last year's successes into this with an outright win in the Wyedean Forest Rally 2004 over the weekend.
The Herefordshire Motor Club pairing drove their Peugeot/Cosworth to victory in the Gold Star (four-wheel drive) class in the Forest of Dean.
Other HMC members were also to the fore with John Perrott and Graham Hopewell fifth overall in a Mitsubishi EVO.
Ian Evans and Justin Brookes won the Silver Star (two-wheel drive) class in a Suzuki Ignis and Phil Collins and John Smart drove their Ford Escort to victory in the rear-wheel drive class.
And Nigel Griffiths and Andrew Sankey rounded off the successes with a production car class win in their Subaru Impreza.
HMC members Lynsey Hansford and Graham Roberts are riding high in the Welsh Clubman's Rally Championship after success at the Telford AC Winter Stages.
They took first place in their class and ninth overall in a Ford Escort 2.
