TONY Starke and new passenger Peter Bell are looking for success in the European Championships in May after an improving finish to last season's races.
Cradley-based Tony tried out with Pete for five meetings at the end of last season and the pair gelled well with results continually improving.
The pair will be hoping for better results in the European Championships after a crash in the third race last year scuppered any chance Tony had.
Tony qualified for this year's championships, which are at Stadskanaal in Holland on May 31, when he came fifth in the British Championships.
This year, the British Championships are at Tony's favourite track, Collier Street in Kent, which is a permanent boarded track giving a very fast and smooth surface.
This winter Tony has ordered a new frame and his only engine has been sent to Danish tuner Finn Jenson.
The duo would like a second engine for this season to mount their European challenge but would require more sponsorship, so all contributions would be appreciated. Anyone who would like to help, however small, can contact Tony on 07779 783259 (m) or (01886) 880789.
Tony would like to thank last year's sponsors, Shane Howells Conservatories, Ledbury, D & R Motorcycles of Hereford, and new sponsor John Meredith Plant Hire, Woolhope.
Tony said: "I would also like to thank our partners, Jan and Fay for their support and Jan's father Dennis for all his help."
