BROMYARD'S Hope Family Centre is asking people to collect loose change in specially-decorated jam jars for a fundraising appeal. The centre is currently sited in temporary buildings. Although £320,000 has been secured for a new building, it still needs to raise around £30,000 for equipment to go inside.
Centre manager Sheenagh Davis said jam jars could be collected from the centre. Anybody who would like to donate for a specific piece of equipment can ring her on 01885 488495.
