Bromyard's St Peter's Primary School has won a prestigious award for recognising and valuing the work of staff.
Headteacher Martin Holt heard the school was to receive Investors in People award from the West Midlands Quality Centre last week.
The school will be presented with a plaque and will be entitled to use the scheme's logo on its notepaper.
Staff have been working towards the award for two years and had an assessment day in January where they were interviewed to see if the school qualified.
"Although many businesses and high schools have the award, it is a less common thing for primary schools to have," said Mr Holt.
"It's a recognition that the school is a good place to work and to be. Staff know that their work will be recognised and have an impact and that's what the school is all about."
