The flu jab campaign at St Katherine's Surgery in Ledbury is being hailed as a success by the doctors and nurses.
More than 70 per cent of patients aged 65 and over have been immunised and more emphasis this year was placed on vaccinating the "at risk" groups, such as patients with heart disease, diabetes or asthma.
Two special Saturday morning flu clinics were set up, to attract as many asthma sufferers as possible.
