I would like to thank everyone who helped me when my car got stuck in the floods at St Martin's carpark.
One man got soaking wet helping me to push it out, another looked after my belongings, I got lots of advice and encouragement from others, three firemen helped me to push the car higher when the water rose further (one let me use his mobile phone as well) and finally, after being in the cold with wet clothes for several hours (the AA couldn't get through because the traffic was jammed,) I really appreciated the hot coffee a gentleman who lived nearby brought me. I can't say how touched I am by people's kindness.
