MALVERN and Worcester Breathe Easy Group held their first meeting of the year at Osborne Court, when the Midlands Volunteer co-ordinator, Annie Peel, came and spoke to us about the possibility of getting a volunteer to help run the group. Although only 18 members and friends attended there were several apologises due to illness. The group also held a meeting at Bilford Court in Worcester with a similar attendance. There was a talk and display on Reflexology by Elaine Such. Mo acted as guinea pig and reported later that day that she was feeling a little nausea, this according to Elaine is a natural occurrence. Mo reported that she had a pain at the bottom of her back before Elaine started work on her and a little bit later it had disappeared. When Mo told Elaine she said she had just done her back - yet she was working on Mo's feet. The club is inviting Elaine back later in the year to Osborne Court. There is only one meeting due in February at Osborne Court next Tuesday at 2.30pm, and the speaker will be David Randle who is to demonstrate Oriental Exercises. Further details about the club are available from chairman Peter Davidson on 01684 891653.
