ANOTHER FEBRUARY brings another flood.

Business suffers, householders, travellers and animals have a miserable time and the insurance claims must be in the stratosphere. Why on earth doesn't our council dredge the river? The silt could be used to reinforce the banks thus providing a good flood barrier for the future when the river silts up again, and saving a considerable amount of money in the long run.

Come on Herefordshire Council - time to pull those heads out of the sand, or where ever else you keep them.
