Hereford United Director of Football Graham Turner has called on his players to produce a repeat performance as they try to reach the quarter-finals of the FA Umbro Trophy.
United produced all their battling qualities to win a replay at Leigh RMI in midweek, and Turner says the same characteristics will be needed in tomorrow's fifth round tie at Morecambe (3pm).
It's a crucial game for Hereford to keep their season alive and give themselves another financial shot in the arm.
Turner said: "I thought we played very well at Leigh. It was a horrible night and the pitch was in poor condition, but we adapted very well and gave a disciplined and determined performance.
"If we put on a disciplined performance similar to the one at Leigh we will be OK.
"It is a very big game for us -- we need to win to keep our season alive."
But he knows they will have to be at their best against their Nationwide Conference rivals Morecambe, who have become something of a cup specialist this season following their run to the FA Cup third round.
He said: "Morecambe are a good side, especially at home, and have some decent players, especially going forward.
"Their position in the league is slightly misleading because they have played fewer games than most of the other teams."
Hereford are likely to field much the same side as turned out at Leigh, which included defender Tony James for his first game back after a hamstring injury.
Skipper Ian Wright is still out with a similar problem while winger Paul Parry is unlikely to be risked despite having made a reserve team comeback following his long-term ankle injury.
Striker Steve Bull will again be on the bench and is likely to be thrown into the fray late on.
Turner is also calling on the travelling support to play a big part in roaring them to success.
"I am sure we will have a good following. They have been tremendous away from home all season and we must have had half the attendance the other night."
Morecambe's boss, the former Bulls midfielder Jimmy Harvey, is also looking forward to the game.
He said: "Hereford are having a good season, they are very strong and are a full-time side so they will be tough opposition.
"We will be confident, as we are going into any match, but we do respect Hereford and how they have performed."
