THREE of Hereford United's talented youngsters have signed two-year extensions to their contracts.
Winger Paul Parry, midfielder Gavin Williams and defender Tony James are now tied to the club until May 2002.
All three players, whose contracts were due to expire this summer, have attracted attention from Nationwide League clubs, especially during United's fine FA Cup run when they took Premiership side Leicester City to a replay.
The club has now ensured it will receive vital transfer cash should either of the players move on.
Director of Football Graham Turner said: "They are three bright young players who should have a good future in the game.
"We have given them assurances and put in a proviso that if there is interest from league clubs, we will talk to them about it."
