Baptist Minister Simon Minshull's last service in Ledbury will take place on Sunday, February 29.
The Minshulls, who have been in the town for more than seven years, are off to start a new life in Sweden.
Susanne Minshull, who was born in Sweden, said the family would be living at Karlstad, between Oslo and Stockholm, and within sight of Sweden's largest lake.
Mrs Minshull will be working as a theatre nurse and Mr Minshull as a teacher in adult education, specialising in English.
Mrs Minshull said: "We've certainly made a lot in friends in Ledbury and we shall miss them."
After several years in Sweden, the Minshulls will decide whether they want to stay there or move back to England.
There will be a garage sale and coffee at the Minshull's home of "Shalom", in The Homend, tomorrow (Saturday), from 10am to 4pm,
Mrs Minshull said of the move: "We are trying to put everything we have into a container!"
The farewell service will be at 10.30am at the Baptist Church, off The Homend.
