LUCTONIANS Rugby Club had two cup commitments at their Kingsland ground this week, but one has been called off. Droitwich have conceded the North Midlands Cup tie scheduled for Saturday to Luctonians because they cannot field a full front-row, but 2nd and 3rd team home games will go ahead.
Today (Thursday) it will be the World Cup on players' minds as the Webb Ellis Trophy is flown into Luctonians as part of a four-month nationwide tour. Fans of all ages will have the chance to be photographed with the cup at an inter-active display evening from 5.30pm to 9pm. Entry is free.
