THE plans for 300 houses at Bullinghope on 13 hectares next to the railway line and between Bullingham Lane and Hoarwithy Road would form the first phase of larger residential development to take place in the area after the plan period.
Access for the first phase will be via both roads with new cycle and pedestrian routes.
At Belmont 60 dwellings allocated west and adjacent to Kingfisher Road to enable and bring forward the implementation of Haywood Country Park.
At Whitecross a total of 60 dwellings on the land to be vacated by the high school when it moves to Three Elms.
At the former general hospital site the number of homes increased from 70 to 90.
Land at Friars Street another 32 homes allocated.
Victoria Eye Hospital homes up from 15 to 24.

HEREFORD Cattle Market to be relocated to an eight-hectare site off the A4103 Roman Road near an established horticultural and nursery business, with access to all from an improved Roman Road.
Ancillary uses could include agricultural suppliers including machinery supplies and repairs and financial and veterinary services.
Three hectares would be set aside for lairage purposes, including open field pasture for livestock remaining overnight.
EIGN Gate considered a regeneration area. It is said to provide a major opportunity for development to support the city centre.
The area extends from St Nicholas Street and King Street in the south to Blackfriars Street in the north. Edgar Street forms the western boundary with Widemarsh Street and Broad Street marking the eastern boundary. It is identified as the preferred location for Class A1 retail development and associated car parking provision.
Confirmation of proposals to develop the 43-hectare Edgar Street Grid.
They include a new football ground, library, retail stores, 180 homes, civic buildings, a road link between Edgar Street and Commercial Road and a new route between the railway station and city centre coupled with enhanced public transport access with pick up and drop off facilities.
The area is said to provide an opportunity to provide a high quality waterside development in the heart of the city.
