MORE than 200 walkers have raised £15,000 for a county children's charity.
Striding out from Eastnor Castle, Acorns Children's Hospice supporters walked through Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire to raise funds for a new hospice for life-limited children.
"We had people taking part from across the three counties, with many local groups and organisations, even a three-year-old, putting their best feet forward to make the day such a great success. A big, big thank you to everyone who supported the event and the many volunteers who helped out on the day," said Acorns' Emily Henton.
The 26km walk started and finished at Eastnor Castle near Ledbury and 60 people completed the full route.
Acorns has organised several other challenges including a trek through the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, walks through the Canadian wilderness and the Sahara and along the Amazon.
