A Hereford woman has raised more than £1,000 for charity after climbing one of Africa's highest mountains.
Helen Rosser, who works as a senior finance officer for the Sanctuary Housing Association, will donate £1,200 towards the Acorns children hospice appeal following her adventures on Mount Toubkal in Morocco.
After scaling the 4,167 metres, the intrepid explorer said: "I really enjoyed seeing the sights on the way and , of course, getting to the top.
"It was an experience of a lifetime and the fact that I was able to raise so much money for such a good cause makes it even more special."
The money will help build a new hospice for children in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
