Bromyard has yet to get a 'byte' at Broadband and what is going on at the town's new Information Centre could change all that.
It was there that the We Want Broadband campaign was launched - to stretch this high speed Internet link across the county which has more than 1,000 would- be subscribers.
Many more are expected to sign up now that the campaign is live.
Herefordshire has been promised £2 million to stretch its Broadband links - but communities and businesses must pull together to bring this about.
The funding will only come through if enough subscribers sign up, said Jim Fanning, of We Want Broadband, saying that plenty of promotional material was available to persuade them.
He added: ''Bromyard is a case in point - a market town that has not had a chance to turn on to Broadband yet.''
The Information Centre will also handle all the campaign's 01432 261 888 phone inquiries.
There is also a campaign website www.wewantbroadband.org
