ROB Weale made a confident start in his bid for a second WBT World In-door Bowls Singles title by booking a third-round place.
The Herefordshire-based Wales bowler, champion four years ago, defeated Scotland's Hugh Duff 11-2, 10-1 in the second round at Potters Leisure Resort, Norfolk.
Weale has since been drawn against Neil Booth, of Northern Ireland, with the winner going through to the quarter-finals.
The semi-finals will be played on Saturday and the final on Sunday.
