'PSYCHED up and adrenaline running' is the only way to describe eager Hereford Leisure Centre staff ready to get going in the Race for Life on Sunday, July 20.
So much so that fitness instructors, Clare Fenton and Sue Mullenger are running special Wednesday training classes to help others get fit for the big day on Hereford Racecourse.
Kicking off at 7.30pm on the final Wednesdays leading up to the event, instructors aim to provide participants with advice and encouragement as well as the opportunity to meet others and check out the course.
Sue said: "For all the women it is a realistic goal and it is not too scary for anyone - it will take less than an hour to walk."
There are still places available and for further information log on to www.raceforlife.org or call the Race for Life Hotline on 08705 134 314.
