A resident of the new Leadon Place housing development in Ledbury says she will put people off buying the last remaining property there, until Westbury carry out a full list of the repairs she has drawn up.
Mother-of-three Debra Jones says she is willing to sit in her garden waving signs when potential buyers come to view last remaining house on the site, off New Street.
She added: "I've also said I'll chain myself to the railings of a Westbury site in Kidderminster until I get satisfaction, as well as stick up posters here and sit outside.
"I'm helping customer relations, letting Westbury know where they are letting people down."
Miss Jones complained to the National House Building Council in December concerning a roof leak from a dormer window.
She said that water got into the electrics of her £175,000 home and also that rain was falling on to the cot and face of her 19-month-old baby, Finlay, who had flu at the time.
A Westbury spokesman confirmed that the NHBC had contacted the firm on December 8 about the roof.
In a statement, the company said: "We were very concerned that Miss Jones experienced a leak in the roof of her new property shortly after moving in. This was fixed the following day, as soon as weather permitted and internal repairs were carried out, once the area was completely dry.
"We have apologised to Miss Jones and did, in fact, offer her the opportunity to move into overnight hotel accommodation, until the problem with the roof could be resolved.
"We are well aware that there are other outstanding issues with Miss Jones' property, the majority of which are cosmetic or minor items not unusual in the case of a newly-built home. It is regrettable that the Christmas break has delayed completion of these. We will continue to make every effort to resolve the matter as soon as possible."
Speaking this week, Miss Jones said there were 50 points on her 'snags list', of which ten had been seen to.
