PAUL Parry's imminent departure to Cardiff City could net Hereford United as much as £200,000.
The 23-year-old winger is poised to join the first division club today, subject to a medical, for an initial fee of £75,000.
Bulls' manager Graham Turner admitted it would be a blow to lose the player, but felt they couldn't stand in his way.
"The deal is worth £75,000 initially but the club could get as much as £200,000 because it is performance related," said Turner.
"If it had been a third or second division club we would have persuaded him to stay with us for the rest of the season.
"But the fact it's a first division club, a big club such as Cardiff, made it difficult to stand in his way."
Parry has scored nine goals in 28 appearances this season and 37 in 201 during his Edgar Street career which began with a debut in November 1998.
Meanwhile, Hereford's home fixtures with Shrewsbury Town and Chester City on March 27 and April 24 respectively, have been made all-ticket after consultation with the police.
