Not only did Hereford and District Fuchsia Association take first place in the Inter-Society Fuchsia Display class at the Malvern Autumn Show. They were also awarded the British Fuchsia Society Blue Ribbon Award for the best exhibit in the fuchsia section. This is the second year running that the association has taken the Three Counties Windows Trophy and the fourth time in the eight years that it has been competed for. Full credit must go to Helen and Keith Deeley who single-handedly staged and arranged the fuchsias that members had contributed.

Anyone interested in fuchsias, amateur or more expert, is invited to attend meetings which are held every fourth Tuesday at 7.30pm, at the Hampton Park United Reformed Church, Hampton Dene Road, Tupsley, Hereford.
