Police are appealing for information about a confrontation between two youths in Whitecross Road, Hereford, on Tuesday between 8.45pm and 9.15pm.
The confrontation between the two youths who are both white and aged about 19 years old, took place opposite the Shell Garage.
Police want to hear from people who saw the incident, particularly two other young males, one of whom was carrying a dog.
