MORE than £2,000 was raised at a Christmas fair held by parisioners from the Catholic Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Ledbury.
The event attracted around 200 people to St Katherine's Hall last Saturday.
There were a variety of stalls, along with turkey sandwiches provided by the Homend butcher John Miles.
Event spokesman Betty Hollings, who has helped at the church Christmas fairs for 50 years, said: "It was a great success and we beat our target. We look to make about £2,000 each year."
