A 32-YEAR-OLD Ross-on-Wye man has been charged with causing a three-car collision in which a woman died near Newent in October.
Jason O'Brien was charged by Gloucester police with causing the death of Amanda Hyett, 37, by driving dangerously on the B4221 road on October 18.
He was bailed to appear before magistrates at a later date.
Three other people were injured in the crash.
An inquest has been opened and adjourned into the death of Mrs Hyett, of Foley Rd, Newent. A post mortem examination showed death was due to severe head injuries.
