A METAL crunching, Belmont-born, monster is preparing for its 4th attempt at stardom when it features on Channel 5's Robotwars on Saturday.
X-Terminator is back bigger and better than ever and ready to compete against radio-controlled metal robots weighing up to 100lbs in the Robotwars championships.
The brainchild of Marlon Pritchard and Simon Baldwin and ranked 10th in the country, X-Terminator has reached the semi-finals in previous championships but now the team have high hopes for the metal monster.
"X-T has been completely rebuilt and now features an extremely destructive disk which has completely smashed up its opponents in the qualifiers for the event," said Simon.
Robotwars is due to be screened on Saturday at 8pm and repeated a week later on December 13 at 12.50pm.
