Shopping in Hereford when it rains is beyond a joke now.
Large numbers of people doing their Christmas shopping on Saturday, November 29, were wading through puddles and soaked half-way up the legs, thanks to the council's inability to provide level walking areas.
Perhaps as part of the council tax, all Herefodians should be supplied with Wellingtons for use when they go to town shopping ?
