The majority of pupils and most of the staff were infected with Children in Need fever at the Picklenash Junior School on Friday.
Children were asked to pay £1 each for the privilege of coming into school in their pyjamas.
Secretary Joy Wheeler said: "I didn't see any child not in pyjamas. It was really great fun."
There are more than 200 children at Picklenash, and the few members of staff who left their night-clothes firmly folded under the pillow were each fined £1, to add to the grand charity total of £211.60p.
Headteacher Jon Thomas obliged by arriving for class in his night attire, in keeping with the spirit of the occasion.
