A Ledbury lorry driver was one of three people killed in a crash on the A465 near Pontrilas on Monday afternoon.
Kevin Greco, 32, of Queen's Way, Ledbury, was driving a white Iveco tipper lorry towards Hereford when the vehicle was involved in a collision with a silver Volvo saloon.
The saloon was travelling in the opposite direction and contained Roger and Deirdre Collett, from Pandy, who ran Llangynidr Dairy, near Abergavenny.
The air ambulance attended, but all three people involved in the accident died of their injuries at the scene.
Workmates of Mr Greco, who worked for Brandon Tool Hire in Hereford, paid warm tributes to him this week.
Colleague Graham Price said: "He was very well liked here and will be sorely missed."
Manager Gary Willis said: "He was a lovely lad, whom I also knew socially. He was a top employee, we are all going to miss him deeply."
Mr Greco was originally from Cradley, where his parents still live.
