TWO people have appeared in court in connection with the death of a Ledbury man.
Catherine Mary Lord, of Arosa Drive, Malvern, appeared before Herefordshire magistrates on Friday charged with being concerned in the supply of a quantity of heroin to Kevin William Bayliss. She will appear again on December 8.
Wesley Reece Furber, of Forge Bank, Bosbury, appeared before Herefordshire magistrates on November 10 on two counts of supplying a quantity of heroin to Mr Bayliss. He will appear at Worcester Crown Court on December 12.
Mr Bayliss, 23, of Barnetts Close, died at Hereford County Hospital on November 8.
An inquest into his death was opened and adjourned by the Herefordshire coroner earlier this week.
