'Herefordshire Tourism unveil new image. Attractions at a glance.' (Hereford Times, November 13).
If that is the new image portrayed in the associated photograph and on the faces of those representing tourism in the county, then I am sure any intending visitors will be deterred from staying.
Are tourists not welcomed here with a warm smile, or do the portrayed representatives feel guilty of spending £50,000 of our council taxes in producing, to what appears, to be such a small booklet on the subject?
I might add that I have no interests in the tourism industry in the county. If I did, then you would be receiving a letter in far stronger terms.
F JEANES,
Burghill, Hereford.
