Ledbury Town 7 Coseley Town 0
LEDBURY showed little signs of tiredness from their recent hectic schedule - this was the third game in four days for most of the team - to slam their West Midlands League Premier Division bottom club visitors.
Strikers Duncan Preedy and Robbie Colwell immediately posed problems for Coseley and, after sustained early pressure, Preedy jinked his way through to cross for Colwell to head the opening goal.
Full-back Nick Walsh extended the lead with a superb 30-yard strike and although Coseley were only foiled by an excellent save by promising teenager Adam Penny, a late first-half flurry killed the game.
Phil Preedy bagged a brace and Colwell fired home his second to put Ledbury five goals clear at the break.
Within a minute of the restart Walsh hit the target with another thundering drive and, with the game won, Ledbury brought on their substitutes.
Damien Edwards, formerly with Cinderford Town, marked his debut with a well-taken goal as Ledbury rounded off a comfortable win.
