Wolverhampton under-17 7 Hereford under-17 48
WITH six under-16 players in their squad, Hereford produced a fine performance to record a comprehensive win.
An early penalty from fly-half Richard Rees was all that separated the sides until centre Adam Knight burst through for a try after 20 minutes.
James Wooles and winger Dan Bridgwater added further tries for Hereford, one of which was converted by Rees, before the interval while a converted try for the home side left the score at the turnaround 20-7.
Substitute wing Simon Sable added two tries at the start of the second period, both converted by Rees, and with Kris Cooke and Knight adding further scores, again both converted by Rees, the referee called an early halt to proceedings.
