I FELT I really must put pen to paper to complain bitterly about the upset a distress caused to my pets by the constant, night after night for the last three weeks of inconsiderate people letting off fireworks.
Some are so powerful they shake the house. Sunday was the last straw, when such a loud powerful firework exploded over our house - causing distress and fear to the whole household - a call to the police resulted in me being advised to obtain tranquillisers from the vet for my dogs, who were extremely upset with fear to the point of vomiting.
Is there really no control and nothing to be done over the sale of fireworks?
