Leominster came out on top in the Herefordshire derby at Ross-on-Wye in the West Clubs' Women's League Severn Division 1 with a Caroline Hughes hat-trick leading the way in a 6-2 win.
Skipper Hughes opened the scoring from a short corner in the early stages and quickly added her second.
Leominster continued to have the majority of the play but this did not stop Ross reducing arrears with a fine goal by Colette Brown from a short corner.
This merely served to spur Leominster on to further goal action, however, and strikes from Laura Stubbs (2) and Karen Hackley extended the lead to a commanding 5-1 at half-time.
Ross showed considerable determination in their efforts to get back into the game and were rewarded with a goal by Pauline Hemingway, but Hughes added her third to ensure Leominster rounded off their win in fine style.
Leominster have won all of their four games to sit comfortably in second place in the table, three rungs up from Hereford who completed their third victory in four games when they won 3-0 at Bretforton 2nd.
Captain Claire Butler gave Hereford the lead at the interval and, with Jess Lambert and Gemma Stevens in fine form, the city side went on to dominate the second period.
Butler added her second after the interval and Di Feeley rounded off the scoring in a comfortable victory.
Hereford 2nd, meanwhile, sit proudly at the top of Severn Division 2 with a 100 per cent record, their fifth success coming 2-1 at Brockworth 2nd.
Hereford started strongly and took the lead in the early stages following a fine move.
Angela Thomas began the play with a 16-yard hit and some slick passing between Becky Edwards, Ruth Powell and Helen Lewis paved the way for Lisa Ferneyhough to put away the chance.
Hereford missed several opportunities to extend their lead before the turnaround and this pattern of play continued after the break until Lewis finally claimed the second, putting away a cross at the left post.
Brockworth scored from a penalty to close the gap towards the end.
Second-placed Colwall continued to keep the pressure on at the top of the table and rattled in six goals for the second week in succession, this time at Cheltenham 3rd where they won 6-2.
Steph Fitzgibbon (2), Gemma Richards, Coral Handley, Lucy Halligan and Emma Twigg shared the goals.
Goal-happy Tenbury also continue to have few problems finding the net in the Worcestershire League Division 1 with their latest success being a crushing 11-1 win over newly-promoted Badsey at Leominster's Bridge Street Sports Centre.
Abi Thomas opened the scoring with just 30 seconds played and some fine play from Rachel Croxton brought her the second shortly afterwards.
Player-of-the-match Vicky Reilly added the third before Badsey pulled a goal back, but Emma Hillhouse and Thomas also found the net for Tenbury before Sarah Nightingale fired home twice to make the score 7-1 at the break.
Thomas and Nightingale completed their trebles in the second period and Croxton also added her second before Michele Petrie rounded off the scoring just before the final whistle.
Kington's scheduled Mid Wales League Cup clash with Llanidloes at Llandrindod Wells was called off.
