A VICAR is to take part in an 'adults only' show in Leominster called '3 Steps to Heaven.' But the Reverend Mark Townsend, an amateur magician, says there will be nothing 'blue' in his Full Illusion Show.
"There will be nothing rude, just lots of laughs and some spectacular illusions," said Mark who has teamed up with top illusionist Bill Hanson and local entertainer Dave Taylor.
"We want to raise a really good sum of money for the Priory Church funds. Many activities locally are for families. We thought it would be nice if this show was just for the mums and dads, grandparents etc.

"It will be a chance for them to let their hair down.
"Also the venue, the Royal British Legion Club, is licensed premises and the show will go on late."
Professional illusionist Bill Hanson, who recently settled in Leominster, is giving his services free to help the church.
Mark - who like Bill is a member of the Magic Circle - will dress as a monk and will be made to 'float in the air' in one act.
The entertainment will also include 'cutting-the-lady-in-half' illusions, mind reading and comedy. The magic men are hoping to attract up to 300 people.
The show is on November 21 and tickets are available from the church office at The Forbury, Church Street.
