Hereford United de-fender Andy Tretton has had a red card withdrawn after an appeal to the Football Association.
Tretton was sent off in last Saturday's 1-0 Conference defeat at Dagenham for a foul on Junior McDougald.
But United decided to appeal after McDougald admitted that Tretton had won the ball fairly.
Referee Norman Appleby also told the Bulls that he did not think it was a foul but had to support the verdict of his assistant.
The FA overturned the decision yesterday so former Shrewsbury player Tretton will not now serve a three-match suspension.
Hereford director of football Graham Turner said: "Sometimes these things happen but you have to get over that."
