Hereford United will be forced to miss their third Saturday of the season next week.
Their early exit from the FA Trophy has left them kicking their heels again, and manager Graham Turner admits it is frustrating but one benefit is that it has reduced the urgency for the Bulls to bring in a striker.
Steve Guinan's return from suspension has alleviated that problem for Hereford.
Meanwhile coach Richard O'Kelly was in upbeat mood this week after United's 3-0 win against Gravesend and said it had been a psychological victory.
"It was a good result. We played Gravesend away earlier in the season and they are the only side that has battered us so it was very important that we got back onto winning ways," he said.
"Over the last two months or so we have changed the system slightly and we have created an awful lot of chances and now we have started taking them.
"We always felt we were going to score a goal because Gravesend don't play well in the second half according to statistics so we thought if we went out there and went for the throat or the jugular we would get our rewards."
Kelly also praised unsung squad members Rob Purdie and Rob Sawyers who got Hereford's third and his first goal for the club.
"Rob Sawyers has had limited chances but the longer the game went on the better he got and he got a well-deserved goal after some great work from Ben Smith," he said.
"Rob Purdie also produced the form that hasn't always come out for him but he looked very confident, causing Gravesend all sorts of problems.
"We have only got a small squad of players and what the manager's concentrated on is quality and he feels that every player we have got in the squad is of the ability to go straight into the team. With a player like Ian Wright sat on the bench, you know you have got good quality out there."
