Hereford United are out to justify their tag of FA Umbro Trophy favourites when they entertain Burton Albion in the quarter-finals tomorrow (12 noon).
The Bulls have been rated as 3-1 by bookmakers William Hill to lift the Trophy for the first time at Villa Park on May 13.
But Director of Football Graham Turner is taking nothing for granted as his side prepares for the Sky-televised clash.
Burton, managed by former Nottingham Forest star Nigel Clough, have beaten three Conference sides in various cup competitions this season.
"We just have to be a bit cautious," said the United boss. "Having beaten Boston, Scarborough and Yeovil this season, Burton will be really fancying their chances.
"They have got a lot of experience in their side and they have been up around the top of their league all season and still have a chance of winning it.
"But it is a big game for us and the players realise that. We have had some tough Trophy games ourselves -- we had to play very well to win at Leigh and to get a draw at Morecambe, although we had a dip in form for the replay.
"We haven't played particularly well at home this season -- this would be a good time to put it right."
Turner has hit out at the amount of money -- just £2,500 -- each side is receiving for the televising of the game.
He added: "We were bitterly disappointed with the fee and we have attempted to re-negotiate it, without success.
"The FA Trophy still fills two hours of their schedule, although it is not Sky who have set the fee, it is the FA."
The Bulls, looking to reach the semi-finals for the first time in 30 years, expect to have skipper Ian Wright back after a hamstring injury and Turner is delighted to welcome back the key central defender.
"There is a decision to be made there and we will look at the situation. He has been a big influence in our side."
Winger Paul Parry is likely to miss out on a return after suffering a recurrence of an ankle injury in a midweek reserve game, while midfielder Ian Rodgerson is doubtful with a hamstring problem.
Burton boss Clough said of the tie: "We were disappointed with the draw. Having beaten Conference sides in the previous two rounds, we were hoping for something a little easier than to be drawn away to a full-time side.
"Hereford are a very strong, well-organised side with a good blend of youth and experience."
If a replay is required, it will be at Eton Park on Tuesday (March 13), forcing the postponement of the previous night's trip to Stevenage.
