Hereford United goalkeeper Scott Cooksey faces a race against time to play in tomorrow night's Nationwide Conference game at Leigh RMI.
Cooksey is due to play for the England semi-professional team against Holland in Weert, near Eindhoven, tonight.
He is due to fly back to Heathrow Airport tomorrow morning and will then be whisked by car up the motorway to Leigh in time for the match.
United's Director of Football Graham Turner said: "He should be able to get up there -- we just hope he steers clear of any injuries."
Turner is still hoping to sign a Football League player on loan before tomorrow, to enable him to be eligible for the first leg of their FA Umbro Trophy semi-final at Forest Green next Saturday.
Meanwhile, Hereford are hoping to obtain around 200 more tickets for the match against Forest Green, having sold their original allocation of 1,300.
