AN appeal against a legal notice served by Herefordshire Council has been lodged by a Tarrington woman.
The notice was served against V Henham-Gross because of what the council says was unauthorised roof construction work carried out on a derelict cottage west of Hill Farm.
However, Ms Henham-Gross says permission should be granted as no breach has taken place. She says the steps required to comply with the notice are excessive.
An inquiry into the notice will take place on Tuesday, September 23, at Hereford Town Hall.
