A MEDIEVAL treasure hunt will take place in the grounds of Eastnor Castle on Sunday and Monday. Opening times are 11am to 5pm.
Regular Eastnor visitors, The Berkeley Household will be setting up their medieval camp on the Valley Lawn, with displays of arms and armour, cookery and children's games.
The Household will also form part of a cryptic family treasure hunt, devised for the weekend. Every participating child will win a miniature knight and one family will take home a medieval gift hamper, including a chocolate treasure chest. There will be a fancy dress competition for the best dressed medieval visitor!
In addition, face artist Max van der Bank will be painting gory war wounds and Wizard Wonky will be entertaining children all day.
