A 'BIG BROTHER' style comment booth where local people can go to voice their 'gripes' is being set up at a Leominster estate tomorrow (Friday) .

The comment box will feature at a Family Fun Day being staged by The Marches Housing Association from noon at Barons Cross.

The association has teamed up with Leominster Youth Project and Leominster Youth Services to stage the event.

Marches spokeswoman Alison Hawkins said it was aimed at all the family.

"There will be a wide range of activities for youngsters - including bike and skateboard tracks using ramps Leominster Youth Services will provide, " she said.

"There will be a Hip Hop and Rap workshop with Channel 2, a group who will bring sampling, scratching and street poetry to the community room.

"There will be bowling, football coaching, kids craft activities - and a barbecue. And if people have got any gripes they can let off steam in the Big Brother booth!"

Red Cross members have agreed to attend the event to deal with bumps and scrapes on the bike and skateboard tracks.
