Leominster Police want to trace a middle-aged man who had a disagreement with youths in The Buttercross area at around 2.25pm on Wednesday, August 13.
The 50-year-old man, who was wearing a blue shirt, cream trousers and a straw hat, could hold vital information to assist the police.
