Runs came at a steady rate with 38 before the loss of their first wicket off nine overs with Catterall bowling a tight line. D Baker being the first batsman to go with a score of 19 K Fortey followed for 15. Arshad along with D Rees put on 61 before Rees fell to D'Oliveira for a fine 45.
