A Ledbury teenager fell off his BMX bike while using the town's new skatepark and spent four nights in Hereford County Hospital.
The Kickflip skatepark, on the Recreation Ground, will not be open until tomorrow (Saturday) at 11am, when light refreshments will be available for any youngsters who want to attend.
The man injured there last Saturday was Ryan Hoskins, aged 17, a former pupil of the John Masefield High School.
The teenager, from Lawnside Road, suffered a broken collarbone and nose, bruises and swellings. He needed stitches in his mouth and was given a precautionary scan in case of head injuries. He was discharged from hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
