CHILDREN visiting Goodrich Castle on the August Bank Holiday weekend can enjoy a day of discovery, adventure and hands-on fun.
Quaintains and Coronets will treat visitors to an array of games and spectacles - all with a medieval theme. Kid-sized costumes will allow children to dress up as 15th century princesses and warriors, while those taking part in 'squire' training will be taught jousting from a wooden horse.
The event runs from 11am to 5pm on Sunday August 24 and Monday August 25.
