A YOUNG fundraiser has put the school holidays to good use by collecting money with her friends for a children's charity.
Camilla Hutton's latest venture has raised £53 for Acorns Children's Hospice.
The 11-year-old, with friends, Gemma Summer, Becky Griffiths and Amy Price, raffled wine and chocolates after selling tickets around Wentworth Park, Hereford.
Earlier this year she raised £100 for the charity with a cake sale at St Thomas Cantilupe Primary School.
Camilla is following in the footsteps of her mother, Julie Hutton, who works at the Hereford Times.
Julie helped raise £800 for Acorns at the paper's Pimms People Summer Ball for the appeal, which has been backed by the paper since its launch.
